Objective:To utilize my skills with both Quality and Manufacturing, to reduce Defects, and to improve both Quality and Customer Service. To improve manufacturing through put, and to work with customers and suppliers to reduce cost, and improve quality and productivity.

I am currently working in the area of receiving inspection and dealing with the NCMR & RTV process. And hope to work with our supplier base to improve the level of both the quality of product received and on time delivery. With the quality of the manufacturing equipment and the sophistication of manufacturing MRP Systems there is absolutely no reason for less than 95.5% or better Quality and Delivery from suppliers.

Monson was a general machine shop, some of the manufacturing areas that we were involved in are, automotive, medical, laser, optics, aerospace and food. We worked with all type of materials over the years, steel and aluminum castings, all of the wrought steel, aluminum and copper alloys. Working in a general machine shop gives you a wide range of knowledge, since it seems that you at one time or another come across every problem or issue you can imagine.
