But if by helping someone they have to buy from you, well that’s kind of a bait and switch and people can smell that a mile away.By using your headline to communicate more than a job title and company you can start to show your value and availability to help while also expressing your humanity. The internet is full of automation and robots so look for a way to stand out and be HUMAN!I’ve been using LinkedIn for sales since 2013 and have been teaching others how to do the same thing since 2016. My journey and training philosophy has evolved from ‘you have to do it this way’ to ‘let’s find a way that is going to work for you’. This new evolving philosophy made me realize that there’s no one single way to approach sales- cold calling, email outreach, in-person, video, social, they all have their place and can all be effective.
