Mr. Payne holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Colorado Technical University, and several professional and industry certifications in the areas of service management, organizational change management, and project management. At companies such as Pepsi-Cola, Whole Foods Market, and Dell, his previous roles have included: managing multiple support and engineering teams, as well as consulting in the areas of organizational change management and service management.
