After more than two decades of practice in the “corporate divorce” arena, I understand the challenges and the opportunities that arise from internal dissension within the management, operations and ownership of a closely held business. I was named a “SuperLawyer” in the Atlanta legal community by Atlanta Magazine in 2012 - 2024, and as a “Rising Star” by that same periodical in 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2011. I am a member of the 2012 Class of Leadership DeKalb. I am also an Eagle Scout.
