Job responsibilities include the daily operations and productivity and performance of 24 x 7 IT Help Desk. Supervision of 16 fulltime Analysts and supplemented with contract labor as needed to ensure rapid call answer. Ability to manage multiple tasks andfunction as technical mentor to team members as required. Monitor Help Desk call answer and closure performance, adjust staffinglevels to peak call volumes. Function as technical and end-user escalation point. Develop and maintain Help Desk metrics reporting,and function as backup to Applications Team Supervisor.
Sr. Systems EngineerDuties include 2nd. Tier support of all desktop software, hardware, and network issues. Primary responsibilities also include thequick and timely resolution of all escalations. Also all technical issues related to the Board of Directors. Other responsibilitiesinclude mentoring Jr. engineers to help them better resolve all technical issues. Software includes Win95, Win98, Windows NT 4,Lotus Notes, 3270 mainframe connectivity, MS Office suite. Network Architecture support consists of Hybrid NT Domain, andNovell 4.11
