I lead the solutions engineering team at Borneo continuously defining and refining our processes pre- and post-sale. We work closely with the account team to support prospects and clients from day one, participating in discovery, performing pertinent demos, rapidly executing proof of concepts (PoCs), managing deployments, configuration, and integrations to onboard prospects as clients, providing professional services, and meeting with clients on a cadence to ensure customer satisfaction and to facilitate upsell with new offerings. We also work with marketing to create content highlighting competitive differentiators and capabilities via demos, blog posts, bright talks, customer facing release notes, and white papers.The Solution: Borneo is a fully containerized Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP) tool that securely discovers and classifies data and remediates risks of data leakage for security and privacy teams for structured and unstructured data in data lakes and warehouses, cloud data stores, and SaaS and business applications.

I lead and am a member of the sales engineering team at Cyral. Given the dynamic nature of being a leader at a software startup I perform multiple functions including building out our sales engineering practice, evolving the knowledge base to enable account execs and sales engineers to effectively communicate and prosecute deals, and defining and executing proof of concepts, supporting content, and templates.The Solution: Cyral is a fully containerized application that secures structured data stores with advanced capabilities: Full access observability via SSO federated access, masking and redacting sensitive data, row and column level filtering, data discovery, and firewalling.
