Job start up. Only management employee on site for several months. Government run VA hospital. Converting interior rooms into IT/Data closets which holds the data panels for communication throughout the hospital. There are 15 interior rooms to convert. New 9 story tower addition approximately 18’x20’ to provide additional IT/Data rooms on each of the 9 floors. Inspections of all materials and work performed. Approved submittals and responded to RFI’s. Daily, weekly meetings with VA personnel and subcontractors. Blueprint reading and change orders.

Regularly inspect machinery for up to date maintenance schedules. Assign employees to daily work needs. Hold regular safety meetings. Quality control reports and photos. Daily logs and reports.
