As the Executive Director of JDRF's Greater Cincinnati Chapter I am reposnisble for all business aspects of running the chapter.

The following is a summary of job responsibilities•Provide inspired and motivating leadership to the Chapter staff, volunteers, and donors.•In partnership with the Chapter's Board of Directors, provide vision for, develop and implement the chapter's 3-year strategic plan and annual operational/fundraising plans to ensure the successful achievement of chapter financial goals and growth. •Oversee, manage and support the development of the Board of Directors and Major Gift, Corporate Development, and Public Outreach Programs, including significant time partnering with key volunteers on donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.•Develop timelines, budgets and overall chapter goals in partnership with the National Office/ Regional Director, and ensure that tasks are completed on time and within budget. •Manage budget and control expenses effectively. •Direct and manage the chapter's resources including its staff, board and volunteers in multiple markets within the chapter geography.•Act as a Liaison between the Government Relations office and the chapter.

Developed and implemented annual giving strategies that increased annual giving by double digits.Managed a portfolio of 25 major gift prospects in addition to guiding annual giving program and a staff of five people.Developed and executed gatherings in seven cities to expose the University President to key donors.
