Executive Management Bill rose to senior management positions at the flagship offices of several international agencies headquartered in New York – Burson-Marsteller & Creamer, Dickson, Basford (a Euro RSG Company). He has created, organized and managed world-class creative staffs and been wholly responsible for all creative output and financial performance. These groups consisted of design managers and designers, production and traffic specialists, studio assistants and cost-controllers. Staffs totaled between 25 – 30 individuals. He has worked closely and effectively with other directors and account teams.
