For 40 years I have led successful sales and service teams for technology companies involved in business process automation, Internet technology, adult education, e-learning and micro-learning. I pride myself on helping teams be the best they can be with effective sales training, practice, mentoring/coaching and data driven decision making. I began my career at IBM and was fortunate to participate in what was then the Best of Class Sales Training in world. Over my career, I've added many other training experiences like: Miller-Heiman, Action Selling, and others. When I combine these training disciplines with the real-world experience of making thousands of sales calls in many different industries, I feel I help others become the very best they can be.
