• Relocated to Singapore to take ownership of Hospitality Quality throughout Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Japan while being more central for leading a team of 6 hospitality-focused Engineers across North America, Latin America, Europe, India, Middle East, and China.• Re-launched the guestroom system integrator network known as the Hospitality Technology Integrator (HTI) channel by training companies and auditing the quality of their work throughout Japan, Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, Cambodia, and Indonesia.• Enabled the success of the HTI channel by providing on-site support in preparation for and during mock-ups, Control Rooms, and full project rollouts.• Responsible for reviewing and approving all design documentation for hospitality projects in Southeast Asia, Oceania, and Japan prior to goods being manufactured and shipped to the customer.• Coordinated the development and testing of new IPTV, Bedside Tablet, and HVAC integrations to ensure a smooth field deployment.
