The CFA Society of Washington, D.C. is the leading association of investment professionals in the Washington, DC metropolitan area. The Society links its members with each other, those interested in joining the profession, and the community through many activities including professional development and networking events.I function as an association–wide resource, providing strategic management and insight to the volunteer leadership and staff. Duties include creating and managing the day-to-day operations, annual budget, staff, membership, programs and events. Also function as primary liaison between volunteer committees and the Board as well as the Society and external stakeholders.

CRD was a robust, 1200+ professional member association that educated, supported, and celebrated the fundraising function at community colleges throughout the United States.• I worked with the Board of Directors and managed the day-to-day activities of the organization, including managing the annual budget, staff, conference, membership, education programs, governance, and operations. • During my tenure at CRD, I increased membership renewals by 11%, grew overall membership 35%, grew national conference sponsorship and exhibit revenue by 15%.• I also successfully implemented new accounting systems, an association management software (AMS) system, redesigned the website, and launched an online community, mobile app, and job board.
