Overseeing all operations in the technical space, from device maintenance and upkeep to policy writing and future planning. Oversaw both the production and development teams for HCD Research. Guided the production team in day-to-day operations and helped foster communication between the sales, project management, and data analyst teams. Helped the development team identify (and remove) weaknesses in current business systems, create custom applications, and integrate new technology. Managed the team in charge of HCD's corporate network and telecommunications. Created a robust disaster recovery plan and re-engineered HCD's data management systems to protect against outages and data loss.

Worked with neuroscientists and sales teams to help educate clients in eye tracking, psychophysiology, and biometric testing. Designed and built biometrics labs to test autonomic responses to media. Trained a team of technicians in data collection and guided them in the execution of biometric studies.
