I joined FULLBEAUTY as Treasurer shortly after funds advised by Apax Partners acquired a controlling interest in the company, significantly increasing the company's leverage and capital structure complexity. I was responsible for Treasury and Accounts Payable functions, including cash management, communications with rating agencies and suppliers during a difficult retail environment (company filed bankruptcy in February 2019). I also implemented the Investor Relations program, including preparing all materials for conference calls with the debt investors.FULLBEAUTY Brands is an on-line and catalog retailer, specializing in sales to plus-size women and men. Proprietary brands under the FULLBEAUTY Brands umbrella include: Woman Within, Roaman's, Jessica London, swimsuitsforall, KingSize and Brylane Home.

I executed all financing for the company’s $4.3B acquisition of Diversey, Inc., a global cleaning products manufacturer. The company levered up significantly as part of the purchase - after the closing, we modified the capital structure by refinancing bonds and Credit Facilities, as well as through some divestments. The Senior Secured Credit Facility had tranches in six currencies, including a BRL cross-currency swap. The most recent bond refinancing we executed contained USD and EUR tranches. I also implemented a Euro A/R Securitization program, providing the company with additional low-cost liquidity. I also had the pleasure to serve as Interim Head of Investor Relations during a change in CEO Leadership and division reporting structure.

I joined Six Flags after a proxy battle, as part of a new Treasury Team. I developed a company-wide cash forecast and other improvements in cash management to manage daily liquidity in this extremely seasonal business. As the company needed additional liquidity during a transition in strategy, I orchestrated several steps in the company’s $312M sale of 7 theme parks.We refinanced and extended some debt maturities, but in the aftermath the Lehman Bankruptcy and the disruption in the financial markets, Six Flags filed for bankruptcy. I was the lead of the Treasury department during the Chapter 11 process, which culminated in the company’s successful emergence from bankruptcy.

I was responsible for the company's long-term debt and interest rate derivative portfolios, as well as overseeing the Foreign Exchange Trading Desk. AT&T was in a deleveraging mode, and we executed several debt tenders (USD and EUR), open market debt repurchases and cross-currency swap unwinds.

I was solely responsible to provide daily liquidity for the company's cash needs, including issuing Commercial Paper and managing the corporate cash balance. During my time on the CP desk, AT&T had the largest non-financial CP program in in the world (Peak Balance: $16B). As the company's credit ratings began to decline, I set up the company's $6B Euro CP program, as an additional source of liquidity for the company. I continued to manage both CP programs as AT&T moved from A1+/P1 borrower to an A2/P2 borrower.
