Heading up Noise (UK) Ltd. A company set up to promote and act as a portal to Manufacturers Authorised Service Centres. Our network offer installation and repairs of consumer electronics and domestic appliance products as well as TV Aerial, Satellite and CCTV Systems across the UK and Ireland.We are now also expanding our service offering into new areas.

Federation of Installation, Repair & Service Trades (formally known as NOISE). The first and only trade association in the UK for consumer electronics manufacturer authorised service centres.

• Responsible for all outsourced service for the UK and Ireland.
• Won ‘Spirit of Sony Creative Award’ for the development of Installation & TV Wall Mounting Services.
• Setting the strategy and direction for the entire Service Network comprising of 38 Regional Authorised Service Centres plus an additional 300 other service accounts including several contractors.
• Set, monitor and review all KPIs ensuring delivery against SLA’s.
• Negotiation of Service Support Contracts with National Sales Accounts supporting National Sales Team.
• Close liaison with Sales & Marketing team ensuring all Customer Service Group activity is promoted accordingly.

• Responsible for all aspects of after sales service – Call Centre, Technical Support, Spares Parts, Returns, Service Network, Training, SLA’s and WEEE Compliance.
• Introduced on-line ordering and re-organised stock control, set up new disposal routes for returns, switched National Service Networks and set up own independent network, all creating significant cost savings as well.

• Wrote technical column, product reviews and general articles for Car Audio Retailer Magazine (now Mobile Electronics News) as well as occasional product reviews/tests and articles for other related consumer facing.
• Liaised with manufacturers and distributors and attended product launches etc.

• Responsible for running the R & D Department as well as Product Management, Warranty Returns, Service and Technical Support.
• Created new service and support operation and replaced local suppliers introducing greater efficiencies as well as cost savings.

• Responsible for all business development, obtaining several new contracts as well as account managing existing customers, including BT, Sony, Kenwood and Harman International.
• Marketed AudioRepairs.com and RepairAll.com brands and introduced a retailer incentive scheme making the company one of the foremost After Sales Service providers in the UK at the time.

• Progressed from Senior Workshop Engineer to Assistant Service Manager responsible for Technical Training, Internal Service Operation, External Service Network and Contractors as well as Returns Management, SLA’s with.

• Part time Senior Sales Assistant. Won several competitions for sales performance.
• Also provided in-store staff training on all brown goods.

Repaired a wide range of brown goods including T.V., video, camcorders, audio, P.C.’s and satellite systems.

• Service Engineer at several locations across Southern England.
• Served full 3 ½ year apprenticeship obtaining C & G qualifications in electronic servicing.
