• I coordinate the delivery and archiving of digital assets for promotions, advertisements, films, packaging, informative and instructional materials. • Daily tasks include downloading existing assets, re-purpose existing assets, or create new assets. I ensure that all downloaded, re-purposed or created assets match all requirements: color space, size, resolution, format, etc. • Me and my team collaborate with enterprise brand group (and other internal constituencies) to ensure that assets conform to all applicable brand guidelines. I also add metadata to assets and file in appropriate server(s), maintain the asset request database in support of accurate fulfillment and reporting. Additional Tasks:• Management and prioritizing a high volume of work under tight deadlines and maintain an awareness of visual and branding trends within the agency. • Assist in training and guiding the assets staff and/or contractors as needed. Participate and assist in providing assets education as needed. • Act as partner, maintaining solid relationships with clients and others in the agency.
