• Develop a neighborhood plan that integrates staff, faculty, alumni and transitional practices into the living and learning experience of residents within the upper-class Neighborhood• Explore content related to career readiness, leadership, identity, diversity, advantage, strengths finder, grit, wellness, neighborliness and more with 7 premier student staff leaders• Grant autonomy , agency, train and evaluate all within the scope of supervision (Program Assistant, Apartment Managers, Pool Assistants, Pool Managers, Resident Assistant and Graduate Assistant)• Manage a premier upper-class student, on-campus apartment complex for 320 students, a master lease property of 180 students, and a Transfer Student Experience LLC House with 18 students• Create innovative pathways to integrate the residential, social, and academic lives of students into their on-campus living environment and experience• Engage with institutional crisis response through serving in the 24-hour on call rotation for three to five weeks an academic year• Integrate division and departmental priorities into duties throughout the year and duration of the Student Life Division 5 year Strategic Plan and the University 10 year Strategic Plan• Maintain a budget of over $45,000 related to programing, student staff wages, office up-keep, staff development and outdoor pool maintenance• Serve as the Certified Pool Operator for the Neighborhood Outdoor Pool• Adjudicate student conduct cases as it related to university social policy and integrate restorative practices into the conversation and outcomes

• Design retreats to enhance undergraduate students experience of all classifications on and off campus, of groups ranging from 30 to 300 participants, which are designed to complement a student’s spiritual formation and cultivate a sense of self-care and community• Develop retreat curriculum that fosters student’s spiritual formation, sense of calling, and meaning and purpose• Generate and maintain a student leader team of three or more to provide guidance to small group leaders, lead out in dialogue, and to function in my role if unable to attend• Coordinate student leader’s roles and responsibilities for retreats and small group leader training• Consult with other campus departments to implement retreats for numerous student organizations and populations• Empower student leaders to design and facilitate retreat curriculum on Outdoor Adventure trips

• Restructure the University intramural program to encompass 65% of the student population• Hire, train, and supervise 12 to 15 student employees• Structure and conduct all training for the intramural program staff, alongside all volunteer workers for special events• Develop new wellness and recreation initiatives to involve a wide variety of students to participate in Campus Recreation • Cultivate student employees into leaders who exhibit the mission of the university and Intramural sports• Handle all student participant conflict and disciplinary concerns• Prepare a budget proposal for Board approval and managed the yearly budget and expenditures of $13,000
