EXPERIENCEI possess over 23 years combined aircraft organizational level and intermediate level avionics maintenance experience during my service to the United States Navy. Additionally, I have over 14 years experience at the Naval Air Systems Command in a Program Management role managing/supporting Aviation Support Equipment, F/A-18A/F, CH-53 and Aircrew Systems Program Offices.My previous U.S. Government assignment was as Assistant Program Manager - Test and Evaluation (APMT&E) for several Program Offices, including PMA-202, PMA-261, PMW/A-170 and PMA-260.In September 2012, I accepted the position as National Lead to NAVAIRSYSCOM HQ as the Branch Manager to AIR-6.7.4.4. In this capacity, I am responsible for establishing the policies, processes and procedures for conducting Supportability Test and Evaluation (ST&E) for all PMA's across the Naval Aviation Enterprise with a team of 45 logisticians. In June 2014 I accepted the responsibilities as the NAWCAD Level III Division Head while maintaining Technical Authority as the HQ Supportability Test and Evaluation Lead. In this position, I have supervisor authority for approximately 25 direct reporting employees across all PEO's in the NAE conducting ST&E activities. In March 2020, I accepted my current position as the Product Support Team Lead at PMA-265 supporting Marine legacy Hornet sustainment activities pending sundown of that platform. As the PSTL, I mentor junior DAPML's while consolidating logistics stratigies with my fellow PSTL's relating to logistical issues that cross all models of the F/A-18 platform. As an additional duty I was assigned as the Contracting Officer Representative (COR) for our office Contractor Support Services (CSS) contract.
