I was a Research Assistant for Professor Megan Carpenter, researching the differences between the United States’ and European Union’s understanding and application of Trademark Rights. This included the compiling and presenting of my findings and assistance in creating a speech and possible article for the International Trademark Association.

Texas House of Representatives Committee on Transportation. Organized, analyzed, and prepared legislation for committee hearings and composed bill analyses on prospective legislation. This included analyzing the proposed legislation for rule making and insuring that the proposed legislation complied with current law. Additionally, during the committee hearings I controlled both the witness affirmation forms and the audio records of the committee hearings themselves.
