Master of Secondary Teaching | Bachelor of Sports Science and Physical Education | Cert 3&4 in Fitness| Level 1 ASCAI am 28 years old from Melbourne. I have been in the Health and Fitness industry for 10 years and am extremely passionate about it. My whole life, all my jobs have been based around Health and Fitness. I am most passionate about being in a career that gives you the ability to support and make a positive impact in someone’s life.At the age of 19, I was fortunate to run a boutique gym in the northern suburbs called BMF Strength and Conditioning. Myself and Billy Murphy (owner) had our success from running large-scale 8 week challenges. I completed my Bachelor of Sports Science and Physical Education degree this time.At age 23, I was lucky enough to move to the Sunshine Coast and continue with my personal training journey. I worked at a new up-and-coming franchise called 12RNDS. At 12RNDS I was the Head Trainer and also in charge of sales. I also worked as a Disability Support Worker and coached at Sunshine Coast Grammar.During this time I also completed my Masters in Secondary Teaching. At age 25, I embarked on my teaching career at Hazel Glen College one of the biggest schools in Australia. This school is a Prep-12 school where I’ve been fortunate to have various opportunities to teach different age groups from years 5-12 in Health and Physical Education. I am currently Year 8 Year Level Leader. I also work as a Head Trainer at BodyFit Fairfield which is the most successful Bodyfit in the globe winning the Franchise of the Year the past three years.I am currently undertaking my level 1 Strength and Conditioning ASCA certification.
