Site manager looking after Modular building installations from start to handover, works involved is looking after the groundwork gangs laying the foundations, drainage pipework and all other ground works required for the install. Looking after the fit out of the building, looking after various trades involved, electricians, fit out teams, plumbers, fire alarm installs, lift installations etc. Holding daily and weekly meetings with both the client and trade supervisors, ordering all materials for the job. Reporting back to the PM on a daily basis giving feedback on days events and any issues that may have arisen.
