Mr. McKee is an experienced technology entrepreneur, senior executive, consultant and angel investor. To date, Mr. McKee’s ventures have yielded well over $100m in exit value, generated thousands of jobs, contributed to a social mission, and solved systemic problems for their respective customers. Most recently, Mr. McKee served as the President and investor in National MedTrans, an innovative Transportation Benefit Manager that disrupted the nonemergency medical transportation space. Mr. McKee and the National MedTrans team designed and implemented proprietary web and mobile technologies to streamline the coordination process and overall experience for Medicaid and Medicare beneficiaries that lead to higher member satisfaction and lower overall costs. Under his leadership, National MedTrans grew from $5m in revenue and 5 employees to over $150m and 800 employees in just 5 years before being acquired by United Healthcare in 2017. Prior to National MedTrans, Mr. McKee co-founded the first financing as a service platform, American Healthcare Lending. American Healthcare Lending provided a POS financing platform for healthcare offices nationally and assisted patients with high out of pocket balances in setting up affordable payment plans. American Healthcare Lending was acquired in 2011 by Prosper Marketplace and operates under the name Prosper Healthcare Lending today. Mr. McKee is an active angel investor and startup consultant. He currently serves as the lead investor and board member of Evolve Emod, a Home Modification Benefit Manager, lead investor and Chairman of Adventure IO, a technology platform for athletes, aficionados, brands, retailers and hotels to sell adventures, and as an investor and board member of RaceReady, an event management platform for amateur motocross, cart racing, and mountain bike event promoters.
