Responsible for creating all back of house SOPs including an employee handbook for all operations needs from the ground up. Responsible for the care and maintenance of over 18 million dollars in assets at the Dallas facility. Responsible for executing the end of the project build out for the first 9 months of my tenure, which included various project management tasks-interfacing with outside vendors, management of local team members, delivery and installation of fixtures and amenities, and day to day management of the build out and finishing teams. Day to day responsibilities ranged from pick up and delivery of vehicles management, sole responsibility for all vehicles worked on in the service area, management of all BOH team members, preparation of vehicles for online and in person sales, management of all member interactions with their vehicles, and above all the delivery of excellent customer service to our members at every interaction.

Solely accountable for managing the disassembly team technicians and optimizing their workload. Responsible for managing all interactions with insurance companies, including negotiation of the repair process in person and via phone/email, researching and providing documentation of repair procedures, coordinating and scheduling direct repair vehicles, and limiting the customer and Sewell’s liability. Overhauled disassembly process from front to back, increasing productivity while minimizing oversights. Increased profitability per repair order 9%, while averaging over $700,000/month in sales since promotion.

Coordinated with multiple teams and individuals, both internally and externally, while managing the repair process from start to finish. Negotiated the repair procedures vehicle by vehicle with multiple insurance companies. Managed an average of over 2000 flagged hours per month while maintaining CSI scores of over 90%.

Responsible for maintaining the quality of all repairs done through the collision center. Managed the painting, buffing and reassembly timelines between technicians. Charged with maintaining an “on time” delivery window of the vehicles back to the customer. Coordinated repairs to Preowned stock units, created custom paint packages for the New Car Department, managed internal Loan Car repairs as well as assisting in the transport of vehicles between facilities.

Customer Service liaison between Hub Supply and Bell Helicopter. In charge of receiving orders from eight different Bell Helicopter plants, sourcing the products requested, and ensuring the customer received the product in a timely manner. Assisted with the creation of a working manual for our AutoCrib industrial vending cabinets while maintaining stock in all machines.

Responsible for of all hiring of Clinic staff, inter-staff relations and mediation. Overhauled all current insurance policies, saving the clinic revenue while increasing coverage. Introduced a new inventory system and streamlined the ordering process.
