Delivered supplemental client support for capital project MEP&F drawing review, documentation and submittals, to transition new properties to Facilities Group. Supervised infrastructure maintenance and operations of NY Campus - 3 buildings with 3.3M sf and 9,000 people; supported client construction ad-hoc projects with “whatever it takes” approach. Directed union engineers, electricians, subcontracted vendors and help desk associates. Developed annual $12M operations budget and capital project business cases.COMPLIANCE: Achieved/maintained compliance with DEP, EPA, Building Department and National/NYC Fire Codes.HURRICANE SANDY: Instrumental in supporting extraordinary team efforts to successfully keep Credit-Suisse up and running during Hurricane Sandy.ELECTRONIC WORK PERMIT SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT (SME): Selected as electronic work permit subject matter expert.
