Current• Designs, implementations and maintains the global career development and onboarding programs to support career growth, workforce retention, and talent development.• Aligns the global career development and onboarding strategy with the wider business and HR strategy.• Manages the development of different tools, resources, and trainings to empower employees to drive their careers and managers to support their team’s career growth• Support onboarding customization by developing onboarding content for sub-business functions/job families while also enhancing the onboarding platform to support the expansion.• Revamped the onboarding survey to track onboarding success metrics across three critical periods: Week 1, Month 1, and Month 3• Partner with global leaders and comms partners to design and launch first ever One JLL Onboarding Video• Host regular feedback sessions to create and update business line specific onboarding playlists.• Enhance onboarding reporting to provide deeper analytical insight for the HR team and managers to continue driving program optimization and engagement. • Continue change management efforts to enmesh all remaining local onboarding programs into the enterprise onboarding program to centralize learning and share program benefits.• Developed a global onboarding buddy program embedded into the onboarding platform to streamline the manager assignment experience and support buddies in their own journey.• Created a socialization plan and training materials to educate HR and hiring managers on the value of the buddy program.• Launched first ever global Career Week learning program to support a One JLL approach to career development, including senior leadership panels.• Launched the Open to Opportunities program to support internal mobility, including design sessions, global trainings, updates to all Career Development collateral, and comms plan.
