Since graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University in 2018, Billy taught Spanish for 4 years at Santa Fe Christian Schools, launched a Short Term Rental management company, coached 4 volleyball teams, trained athletes, tutored young minds, launched a vending machine business, and consulted/mentored multiple real estate investors. Billy has developed educational, mentorship, and organizational skills. His ability to multitask and manage multiple streams of income have made him a proficient business owner and teacher. When he isn't teaching a classroom full of students, communicating with an AirBnb guest, or guiding someone towards their short-term rental goals, Billy enjoys playing competitive beach volleyball, golfing, tutoring students, coaching indoor volleyball, and hands on home improvement tasks.
