In December of 2012 I started in HR, and in February of 2015 changed roles and moved back in to the sales side. Where I was a Sales/Desk manger for 8 years. The last 5 of those 8 I was also the Inventory, and dealer trade manger.My duties included, dealing with and managing sales ppl, interacting with customers, working deals appraising customers vehicles, pulling credit to determine customers credit worthiness, structuring deals to meet the banks programs, working/negotiating with banks to secure funding for customers based on their credit worthiness, assisting sales ppl when present/negotiating numbers with customers as needed (if a sales person was having difficulties, I would go in and fix the situation). As well as managing all incoming vehicles and dealer trades (both incoming and outgoing) with other dealers. Among many other duties I also worked with and trained sales ppl to help them improve their sales skills.

Inventory, and dealer trade manager was also done in conjunction with my sales manager role. I handled all the incoming inventory allocations as well as located and preformed dealer trades when searching for specific vehicles for customers. This role was in addition to still preforming all my normal duties as a sales manager

Reinhardt motors was purchased by the Sutherlin automotive group in May of 2023, and I retained my position during the buy/sell. After a month they brought in a new General manager, and with him he brought in his own team that he had worked with b4. They offered me the option to stay in a different role but that was not the direction I was looking for with my career so I decided to take some time off while I found a new one
