Onsite and remote training and support of medical claims processors for all levels of medical claims processing including professional and complex facility. (Traveling Required)

Timely data analysis of completed complex, high dollar, medical claims to facilitate loss prevention. Support of lateral automatic (AI) systems to further facilitate loss prevention.

Production based medical claims processing including physician and facility medical claims. Supported project initiatives, dedicated client processing, and supported as one point contact Team Lead.

Research and respond to client and healthcare provider issues related to benefit enrollment, forms, medical coverage, tax qualified health savings plans, medical claim adjustment requests, and various other areas of health insurance knowledge and support. In this role, I supported the functions of adjunct facilitation, quality review, interim management, subject matter expert, and obtained Six Sigma Yellow belt.
