Sales And Finance Manager
I was hired on to serve as the Sales and Finance Manager for one of the more popular Harley-Davidson Dealers in the region. I played an integral role in the dealers day to day operations and success. I took on the challenge of ensuring our dealership remained competitive by overseeing the the tracking and implementation of the sales process. My 5 direct reports played a huge role in the dealers success. I made it a top priority of mine to ensure they were equipped with the knowledge and resources to build upon the dealerships positive reputation. I provided relevant and adequate training to my team regarding the sales process. I garnered recognition throughout the dealership and region by developing plans and objectives designed to achieve an increase in market share. Without our customers the dealership wouldn't succeed. I worked collaboratively with my team by stressing the importance of customer service and how it drove our operations. I ensure that all customers receive top tier customer service through comprehensive training and development. I clearly communicate with my team regarding the development of monthly and annual sales objectives for the dealership in conjunction with other leadership. I champion efforts in ensuring the Sales and Finance department meet and exceed budgeted revenue and gross profit objectives.I participate in the ongoing short and long-range plans and objectives designed to achieve increasing revenue and gross profit across all areas of direct responsibility. I successfully execute and perform accurately inventory management, pricing, payroll, ordering supplies, and units.
Shift Manager
Day to Day Operations: I led a team of 20 employees and established daily objectives and ensured those objectives were being met on a consistent basis. It was my responsibility to ensure accurately balancing of jackpot payouts at the end of each shift and notify the proper personnel in the event of any errors/discrepancies. Customer Service: Customer service drove our day to day operations. I was counted upon my other leadership to successfully anticipate customer needs by continually evaluating the environment and customers for certain cues while taking the necessary action to resolve any concerns or problems. I frequently engaged in the training and development of team members to ensure seamless operations.

In this position I hit the ground running and quickly became a top performer not only for our dealership but for the region. I successfully managed an inventory that consisted of more than 2 million dollars in assets. I strengthened my skills in very aspect of the sales process: needs assessments, data gathering, sales closing, negotiating, customer follow-up, sales reporting, and referral generation.
