Currently on secondment to BP projects in London, providing mechanical experience and operational input for the build of the drilling package on the Clair Ridge Platform. Attending various site visits and factory acceptance tests (FAT’s) on behalf of the Client (BP). Developing and updating maintenance procedures to combine the necessary safety and technical information to allow for the safe operation of the Platform drilling package after final commissioning.

Senior Rig Mechanic on various BP North sea platforms.Carried out preventative maintenance, fault diagnosis, repair and installation of upgrades on all mechanical equipment within the drilling packages.Reported on any parts, tools or supplies needed to maintain and minimise any effects on the drilling operations.Inputted all the required information into the planned maintenance system and updated all critical registers.
