I prepare the volleyball facilities and equipment for practices and games. During practices I keep the equipment organized and I assist with drills. During each match I help keep track of the serving speeds of both the home team and the opposing team with the use a radar gun and stat sheets. I balance 15 hours of work with the Men's Volleyball Team with a full time student schedule.

I keep crowds orderly during PSU campus and community events, including athletic events, events at student union building, fraternity houses, and campus and community centers, such as shopping malls, department and retail stores. I am often employed during late-night hours and have experience and training related to alcohol and illegal substance policies. I collaborate with campus and community law enforcement to keep watch and guard against theft and acts of violence.

The Penn State Women's Volleyball Team competes annually for a National Championship, and I learned to work with a top-level team of coaches and student athletes.

I was the first individual to move from a line position to a managerial and human resources internship at this Taco Bell location. As an intern, I reviewed and updated employment and food safety policies, ensuring that state and organizational standards were implemented. I also reviewed applications for employment, participated in employment interviews, and trained three new team members.
