The Quality Control Associate I | Microbiology, Chemistry, Sample Management-Microbiology: Microbial and environmental monitoring assays, facility qualification, and testing of purified water and cleaning samples. Work in a controlled environment requiring special gowning and wear protective clothing over the head, face, hands, feet, and body. Ability to use various cleaning and disinfectant agents. Knowledge on Microbial Theory and Aseptic/Sterile Technique to prevent any risk of potential contamination events. -Chemistry: Testing and maintenance of laboratory equipment/systems. Support routine analytical real-time testing using UV and HPLC and other QC chemical tests. Knowledge on proper Laboratory Technique for solution/Reagent prep and sample preparation on the aforementioned tests. -Sample Management: Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, Material Management, and other functions to ensure internal timelines, testing TAT, and team milestones are achieved. Manage all aspects of the sample management labs including ordering supplies and maintaining laboratory equipment, stability chambers, and lab spaces. Establish and publish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) to track cGMP compliance for stability studies and sample management. Participate in the deployment and configuration of software systems for stability and sample management (e.g., LIMS). All positions required emphasis on independent work, the ability to communicate among your peers, as well as precise organizational skills. All positions required scrutinous study and performance under company established Standard Operating Procedures.
