I upgraded their entire infrastructure from a four office NT4 Domain environment to Windows 2003 and then to a windows 2008 r2 Domain environment. I have repeated this model on many occasions with various customers. I have installed many additional services for the clients including VMWare, Citrix, Exchange, Blackberry Enterprise Server, Symantec email and Web Protect, WSUS, Epolicy Orchestrator, Terminal Services (RDS), VPN remote access, various industry specific database applications, McAfee AV and new D2D2T backup solutions.I planned in the integration of Citrix, VMWARE, EMC SAN and Quest backup and replication to the environment and then delivered it. I have taken two large Public sector clients from Novell and Groupwise to a Windows 2008 r2 Domain with Exchange 2010 and Hyper-V DAG & DAC configuration using two datacentre’s.I completed a 15,000 User mailbox upgrade and 3500 Computer migration to a New Domain for a public sector client. This was a consultancy project where I took the client from 8 NT4 Domains to one Windows 2003 Domain. I setup the tools for the migration performed small migrations from all 8 Domains then showed the client how to perform the migration dealing with any issues that arose during the process.As the Chief Consultant I was also responsible for the Support and Management of 23 other Engineering staff.
