Franchise Business Consultant - Us Southeast
CurrentI’m currently covering territory throughout the Southeast US Region to support and build partnerships with owners and facility managers at 100+ Gold’s Gym franchise locations. I meet individually with key decision-makers to advise and consult with them on using all available corporate resources to ensure the delivery of best-in-class membership services, and drive all aspects of revenue growth, profits, membership growth, and existing member retention.I assist new franchisees with support related to new site assessment/selection, providing input on facility layout, supporting them with equipment purchasing, and advising them on sales/marketing programs and initiatives for pre-sales events and Grand Opening for their market. I am also impacting the success of existing franchisees by educating them on new health/fitness offerings, operations best practices, staff training/development programs, additional revenue opportunities, customer relationship management initiatives, lead generation strategies, and overcoming challenges in the highly competitive health/fitness industry.
