Refund Retriever specializes in auditing UPS and FedEx accounts for contractually guaranteed refunds and incorrectly charged fees. All of the technology that drives this, as well as all customer data, is handled in-house. I have built the architecture, written and maintained the code, and managed the infrastructure throughout our entire technology stack, over the course of several iterations.

Developed intranet applications for this Texas healthcare provider.Contractor. Developed a number of intranet applications to support this hospital's health care operations. Designed and implemented as primary developer an application for nurse scheduling and patient attention tracking, replacing a pen-and-paper system. Supported other intranet applications as part of a small team of salaried employees and contractors. Responsibilities included development, administration, and documentation.Used: Adobe Coldfusion, Microsoft Visual Basic, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Internet Information Services, HTML, JavaScript, Adobe Dreamweaver, Cascading Style Sheets.

Developed and supported number of intranet applications for human resources. Contractor. Served as developer for a number of intranet applications that supported the human resources department for Sabre, best known for Travelocity and its industry-standard travel agency software. Largest project: tool for mapping proprietary job titles to industry standards, serving as technical lead and developer in a team of five developers. Developed and supported other intranet tools primarily related to benefits and performance evaluation. Contractor. As part of a small team, developed corporate training portal that brought together training offerings from a variety of providers.Used: ColdFusion, SQL Server.

Began as helpdesk specialist, supporting ISP department's 4000 or so customers. This is also included various aspects of management on the server end: RADIUS, NT, and Post.Office management. From there moved into ISC's web development business, developing a number of websites for small businesses using FrontPage, Photoshop, ColdFusion, and Microsoft Access.
