I love simplifying complexity and that is the core of what I do. Originally, that was taxation, and later SOX-compliance. I simplified away my first role with Intel which gave me the opportunity to work across more domains. I redesigned many back-office processes and designed and built many Power BI dashboards to enable self-serve analysis of many metrics. I collaborated across teams to drive standardized equity award design, redesigned external offer guidance so pay guidance changes could be implemented immediately instead of over months.I chose to leave Intel for what I viewed as a once-in-a-career opportunity to join a successful start-up in Ampere Computing. It has been amazing so far. My scope broadened to be cross-HR analytics. I am standing-up an Analytics organization and also deeply involved in conversations that are shaping how Ampere will grow. I'm enjoying the best work environment I can imagine, anchored by collaborating with leaders who have decades of experience and a passion for what they do.I look forward to growing my career in balance with growing outside of work.
