OCONUS Maintenance Manager ISR Site Manager responsible for daily maintenance activities of three Dash 8 300 ISR platforms deployed to Afghanistan in support of Task Force Odin. Responsible for entire Aircraft Maintenance operation to include mission planning, Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, Set operational requirements to meet continually changing mission requirements, equipment distribution, and analyzing problems to minimize aircraft down time and maximize mission availability. Perform performance and evaluation's on assigned maintenance technicians and ensure all required training and Licensing is accomplished according to AWR and contractual agreements, Establish and maintain an excellent line of communication between all Companies involved in the success of our mission project and the warfighters we support.

Established a forward deployed maintenance program at Bastion airfield Afghanistan for three Dash-8 300 ISR Platforms, Consisting of maintenance work areas, Supply warehouse and inventory, Communication standards with mission requirements for the COR and compliance with contractual obligations through AWR requirements. Coordinated the complete forward movement of our entire maintenance program to Kandahar airfield with no loss to missions or mission requirements, and all the while self moving over 300,000 pounds of project assets forward in our own aircraft minimizing cost and time delay ensuring no mission down time was acquired, better serving our customers and establishing a outstanding base of trust and workmanship.

During this Time our aircraft averaged over one hundred eighty flight hours per month with a mission capable rate of 98.5 percent, Resulting in accolades from Task Force ODIN Commander in the form of letters of reference for each of my team members.
