Retired Marine 1st Sergeant Honorably discharged after 22 years service, possessing a TS/BI security clearance reduced to Secret for current position. Currently serving as OCONUS Maintenance Manager for deployed ISR Dash 8 300 Platforms in Kandahar Afghanistan. Duties include Coordinating forward deployed maintenance efforts with the Maintenance supervisor and maintenance support team, Monitor all field maintenance support and project ISR development and required enhancements of the aircraft platform, major and intermediate level maintenance on Dash 8 aircraft including servicing, trouble shooting, repairing and modifying aircraft systems. Routine Inspections and phase maintenance, Ensuring compliance with Army regulations and AWR requirements and directives, Communications Security (COMSEC) policies and Procedures, Communicates with Army COR with all issues affecting aircraft maintenance, functions and capabilities, scheduling and mission availability. Served as OCONUS Maintenance Supervisor in Iraq for ISR Projects Desert Owl, Highlighter, On King Air 200 ISR Platforms from 2009-2011 in support of Task Force ODIN. Consistently tasked with the tear down and re-deployment of the entire maintenance operation to forward Support sites such as Spiecher, Tallil , Kuwait, Bastion and Kandahar, with minimal loss to aircraft and mission down time.
