Billy Payne is a Worship Arts Pastor at Mount Pisgah Church. He possess expertise in music, orchestral music, choral, singing, composition and 30 more skills. He brought out the very best in our choir and modeled a Christlike manner to all of us to follow by showing us how the choir (and church) were supposed to function.
