Liaising with Class and Flag authorities. Management of the BCTQ contract budget.60m Wooden Dhow: Providing design guidance, general arrangement, superstructure design and detailing. Travelling to Client meetings in the Middle East and onto construction yard in India for onsite design meetings and guidance. A challenging project, dealing with a primitively built hull, and a yard with basic skills, requiring an empathetic design solution to achieve the desired result.63m Explorer Yacht: Concept design sketches for a conversion of a patrol craft to a rugged explorer yacht, for potential client moving up from his current yacht.50m Patrol Vessel: The vessel presented itself with a deficient and incomplete stability information book, incorrect tank information, no sounding tables and concerns over the strength of its hatches. The work involved investigative work analysing the vessel and its tanks, producing a stability model and a new Stability Information Book based on the current operating profie of the vessel and vessel modifications. Further stability investigative work carried out for particular operational profile.100m+ Superyacht: Detailed weight investigation and report on a vessel inbuild, following an unexpected inclining result.

The main income of the business is 3D modeling, geometry definition and visualization, and yacht design. The 3D service is mainly taken up by the architectural design industry, and on occasions the marine industry also.
