Profile bio

About William Daser

My career started out in 1990 in the yacht design office of Camper & Nicholsons in Gosport, producing detail drawings for the custom builds and restorations in progress. This period gave me a valuable first insight into the design and construction of superyachts. In 1993 an opportunity arose to produce computer 3d architectural models for upcoming visualisation studio Hayes Davidson. This proved to be the beginning of an extremely successful collaboration, pioneering computer generated architectural illustration and animation, and helping to establish Hayes Davidson as an award winning leader in this field. During a thirteen year association with Hayes Davidson, I worked on many memorable and high profile projects from leading architects. Working with these world class architects instilled an appreciation and understanding of high quality design. In parallel to my career in the architectural sector, I continued to indulge in my passion for yacht design, obtaining varied work in the marine industry. Also, being a keen sailor in the National 12 Development Class, I designed 3 boats to the rule which have been extremely successful.Seventeen months working at Heatherwick studio, a multi disciplinary design studio of international repute, exposed me to a rigorous design ethic where the integrity of the design was paramount and followed through to the end, further expanding and enhancing my design sense.Coming full circle now and wishing to be more fully involved in the marine industry, I set up Fluid Future to combine my knowledge of visualisation with yacht design. Of keen technical mind but with an artistic disposition, the rigours of yacht design and producing computer generated images compliment my skills perfectly.Actively looking for opportunities for involvement in marine projects, I have been working with Burness Corlett Three Quays on several projects.

Listed skills include 3D Visualization, 3D Modeling, Rendering, 3D Rendering, and 11 others.
