And it’s moved to Azure as a public platform – Datalake. Besides of them, HDInsight and Azure Streaming Analytics are similar platform on Azure as Datalake. Our team’s responsibility is to create client tools, such as Visual Studio plug-in and VSCode plug-in (etc.) to help user to develop/author script, manage/monitor/analysis jobs submitted to the platform. My responsibility is as the owner of intellisense features for Visual Studio plug-in. GallaCake - 11/2013 – 04/2016Gallatin (Office365 in China) and Mooncake (Windows Azure in China). Microsoft Volume Licensing for online service is a complex system, it involves agreement, order, billing, invoice, revenue, production provisioning, report, and so on. For GallaCake, it’s more complex, because one external partner, 21Vianet is involved, this caused the process much different than the global one. This is the first time for Microsoft to have an external partner to work as one of the key points in the volume licensing system. The purpose of this project is to design and implement a system works for this model, which could be extended to more programs/countries for existing or future online service products.
