Construction Manager for Arch Chemicals Suzhou Plant (PHASE II) I led the construction management team and was responsible for the day-to-day running of the site, including health and safety. I provided supports to get drawings approval and construction permit from local authority. I checked construction site work. I held construction weekly meeting. I wrote down meeting minutes and issued meeting minutes to every party. I prepared GRN (goods received note). I arranged equipment supplier to do commissioning on site. I arranged government agencies to visit site for fire fighting acceptance and environment acceptance.Project References： Project is Arch Chemicals Suzhou Plant Phase II. It is in Suzhou Industrial Park of Jiangsu Province. The project is a powder drying and milling facility. Project includes workshop and warehouse building, pump house and water tank.
