- Be responsible for machining and assembly team of test equipment development in testing lab.- Provide machining support to meet internal testing requirement.- Support test equipment development project in assembly and machining repair.- Provide quick testing device(Simple version) production service to meet urgent request.- Coordinate external supplier resource(machining & assembly).

- Work in a global team,and get used to team oriented work philosophy, willing and able to respond creatively to meet challenges and accomplish team goals.- Have deep understanding of mechanical design(especially DIN standard) after 2 oversea trainings:2008(NOV~DEC);2012(JUN~JUL).- Get more know-hows on CAE tools(Ansys & Abaqus) & tolerance system(GPS, GD&T)via training andon-job practices.- Get familar with quality system(TueV,Schaeffler MOVE,F4Q,etc.).- 2 years experiences on test equipment development project management(2012~2013).

- Start mechanical designer career on cellphone function test equipment development in Jinya(Major OEM supplier for Motorola,especially on V3 project).- Apply knowledge(Material,heat-treatment,tolerance,etc.)on mechanical design,and also get goodpractices & understanding to increase capability via dailywork.- Get familar with manufacturing methods(machining,stamping,plastic moulding,plating,SMT,etc.) and assembly methods.- Obtain strong software skill on 3D CAD(Pro-E & Solidworks) and Office(Excel,powerpoint).- Get professional training on quality tool(PPAP,APQP,FMEA,6sigma,etc.) of TS16949 & ISO9001.Be the head of mechanical team(design & assembly) since 2006- Know how to get clear customer requirement of test equipment andon-line fixture design via technical communication.- Get familiar with task assignment and planning management.- Monitor ongoing tasks and adjust resources acc.to customer request.- Coordinate with external supplier to support internal projects.
