System administrator• Coach the team members in technology and process;• Continue applying new technology to our existing environment to strengthen the infrastructure. Lead projects for new technology deployment;· Planning, deploying, implementing, and maintaining VMware vSphere, Citrix XenApp, Citrix Provisioning Service;· Planning, deploying, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Active Directory and related services, simplifying the management work with VB Scripts, Batch Scripts and PowerShell Scripts;· Managing and maintaining mail systems, including Exchange mail Server, Symantec Enterprise Vault, Symantec BrightMail Gateway, BlackBerry;· Managing and maintaining Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, ISA Server and SQL Server etc.

Windowd AD and Networking technical support· Manage on DHCP, DNS, SMB, RRAS, IAS（NPS, CSC, TS Gateway, Wireless (802.1x), ISA, NLB, Cluster, AD,GP related topics.· Familiar with main network protocols, like TCP/IP, NETBIOS, SMB, RPC, NTLM, Radius, Kerberos and so on, good at checking network trace.
