Developed standard operating procedures (SOPs) for isolation, cultivation and storage of human umbilical cord derived stem cells. Established methods to isolate and identify MSCs from rats, swine and human adipose tissue. Developed SOPs for isolation, cultivation and storage of adipose derived stem cells. Established a method to isolate and identify amnion stem cells from human placental tissue after delivery. Developed SOPs for isolation, cultivation and storage of amnion stem cells.

 Designed and synthesized small chemical molecules for compound library.  Performed synthetic route design and executed multi step chemical reactions to produce candidates that ranged from milligram to kilogram scale. Investigated novel route design and optimized technology to maximize productivity and to shorten the design-synthesis-evaluation cycle time. Qualified target product with chemical analysis including HPLC, MS and NMR
