About Miles Colon

I am a full stack web developer that is new to the industry. I started my career off in logistics and operations as a organic food wholesaler. For 7 years I worked on the operation floor with teams of people to make sure food made it from the manufacturer to the retailer in a: safe, rapid, and accurate fashion. Some of the skills I attained from this sector are: communication, data querying/analytics, inventory control/ management, marketing/sales, & prioritizing and load balancing a workload, even in the most stressful of times.I decided to make a career change, in 2015 I got involved in telecommunications. I was able to acquire new tech skills and have the opportunity to get trained and skilled in data transmission and connectivity; as well as: sales, customer service, account management, & safety. This particular field taught me a lot about working with different transmission medians like: twisted pair , coaxial, wireless, and fiber optics.
