1. Taking lead for whole site planning and optimization, incl C1+C2 (2.2-million-ton per year ethylene production capacity)2. Be in charge of integrated optimization with next refinery to capture dynamic stream opportunity and maintain routine structure stream plan3. Deeply dive into LP premise and case set up as well as de-code for LP solution for monthly plan and optimization.4. Be good at managing multi-stakeholders with cross functional, cross department, and cross company in terms of monthly plan and optimization requirement.

From Jun-2016, additional role to support petrochemical global strategy department on project base- Developing the regional marketing plan to provide marketing support to business including but not limited recommending tactics for monthly SPCP pricing negotiations, yearly business plan etc.- Leading aromatic value chain market study with relevant analyses to identify key trends and strategic issues, and aid PX optimization decisions.- Identify, design, make actions on optimization and cost savings working capital opportunities around the PX sourcing system.- Providing expertise in strategic analyses, business modelling and business development to the Procurement Director, supplementing resources in delivering agreed strategic agenda, such as participant BU strategy and project refreshment on PX and refinery perspective.- BP China Carbon Emission project focal point

- Lead and participate in or coordinate (where other specialist auditors are required) CSPC’s integrated audit and review program which covers finance and business controls, management, manufacture systems.- Conduct interviews and reviews as necessary to confirm the systems’ reliability on controls, analysis and document results, and discuss findings and provide recommendation to auditees. - Facilitate the risk identifying and controlling self-assessment reviews, and provide consultancy to the line managers with respect to risk management and controls.- Update Management Team/Internal Audit Committee/Finance Committee for audit framework on quarterly basis

- Develop & Coordinate the 5 years rolling business plan and strategy to deliver financial performance growth, including operating budget, key performance indicators and scorecard etc.- Identifying, evaluating and recommending prospective new investment opportunities to deliver growth plan and insure long term sustainability of the JV company operation. - Accountable for carrying out business plan performance analysis, performance reporting (MI or PPR Reporting) & improvement processes.- Accountable for managing and maintaining timely updates to CSPC internal marketing/sales/production information related to Business Planning Model.- Interface with many stakeholders cross function department, e.g. departmental planning focal points, business analysts etc. on planning & management information.- Contribute to the quarterly shareholder reporting, incl. preparation of JV Board-materials.- Provide support in post Implementation Reviews for new investment, year-end appraisal, benchmarking and competitive positioning studies etc.- Lead or participate in all kinds of cross functional improvement projects.

From Mar-2007, additional role as LO product Business Analyst- Analyze monthly business performance and provide commentary on the business results and identify the business opportunity accordingly.- Develop the stock management model for stocking policy, inventory KPIs for company wide implementation.- Attending industrial conference and keeping good communication with 3rd party consultant on industrial dynamics and trends, and then giving an independent corresponding suggestion on marketing strategy and business tactic.- Provide ad-hoc analysis to support product manager to make the right business decision. For example, to provide the analysis for export product, long term contract, seasonality analysis and PODs product optimization.- Involve in marketing strategy and product development with main contribution on developing the economic evaluation model & providing an independent assessment/challenge.- Participate in the development & negotiation of the LOP OTF (over to fence) long term contract including economic modeling and strategy challenge session.- Coordinator for Commercial department together with finance & product teams to compile the company wide business plan on MI reporting perspective

- Responsible for compiling the management plan of the company including refinery & chemical production plan & budget- Build the LP (Process Industrial Management System-PIMS) model and make use of the LP model to drive the production optimization for Refinery & Chemical plant. - Provide decision support to company management team based on all kinds of economical evaluation, such as crude slate selection, product portfolio etc.

- Supervise the overall feedstock and product material balances for steam cracker site.- Compile the ethylene branch’s product and management plans- Whole chemical site production optimization
