- Quality assurance management of over 50 game titles and web applications of four main products (Didj, TAG, Leapster 2, Crammer) of LeapFrog Enterprises (high-level management)- Quality assurance management of MX Logic product - Email and Web Defense Services (high-level management)- Quality assurance management of Pearson products, Disney live site, and other web sites (high-level management)Achievements:- Strong experience in building up a testing team for over 50 game titles of LeapFrog Enterprises successfully from 20 test engineers to 100 test engineers in 3 consequent months. This team has 4 main sub teams.- Managing successfully many challenging projects

- Quality assurance management of MX Logic product - Email and Web Defense Services (automation test)- Quality assurance management of FLY product (including Pentop application and over 6 titles) of LeapFrog Enterprises (manual and automation test)

- Quality assurance management of Pearson products, Disney live site, and other web sites.- Lead automation testing for Getronics product- Quality assurance management of MX Logic product - Email and Web Defense Services

- Establishing processes and procedures complianced with ISO 9001 Standards and also TL9000 Standards. TMA got ISO 9001 Certificate and TL9000 Certificate in the year of 2005.- Building up a ISO team to edit project documents and to do internal audit. The team was up to 40 members to audit for the 500 employee company with many project teams.
