I am a final โ year student majoring in food technology at Bach Khoa university. During 4 studying years in my school, I have accumulated lots of specialized knowledge related to various aspects in food technology such as food microorganism, food processes, design food plant,โฆBesides that, I got a chance to intern and visit lots of food factories, namely heineken, colusa-miliket, orana, vinamilk,โฆso that I have a basic knowledge about an actual operation system in the factories. Furthermore, I also gained a basic understanding and essential skills related to Food Production R&D by taking part in the Bach Khoa Food Innovation competition. Finally, I was awarded HACCP, ISO 22000 standard certificates about food quality control systems by CEFTworks.
