- Problem definition, evaluation of requirements and implementation of solutions to meet research and user requirements within the MIT LL Engineering division.- Collaborate and engage with users, partners and other stakeholders to define requirements and translate business requirement into solution designs and test cases for Information technology projects.- Develops, documents and communicates specifications and configures systems solutions to address business or functional requirements and implements processes that fit with the organization's system architecture standards.-Supports system upgrades and performs troubleshooting to identify impacts to end user processes and any required mitigations resulting from the upgrades.- Revise, enhance existing systems and tests functionality to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data handling, data integrity, conversion, input/output requirements, and storage.- Provide user-support, resolve performance and availability issues in the existing system implementation, debug issues and develop fixes to prevent recurrence.-Plan and executes system upgrades, enhancements, testing and developments with users, partners and other stakeholders.

- Create SAP Product variant configurations in collaboration with the product management and the development department to ensure successful implementation of the product change concept. Support internal Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and activities.- Program the product variant configuration in SAP and verify it in SAP and in the quotation tool.- Create configuration family drawings in MS Visio and Excel, Create Bill of Material(BOM) in the PLM tool and manage the change workflow.- Plan product configuration changes to ensure the product release are accurate and on-time and monitor the release of a configured product from concept to completion.- Provide immediate support to production issues related to the configured product structure during the product life cycle to ensure continuity of business. Monitor FOA (Failure on Arrival) on product configurations.- Support global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) tools and activities such as Oracle Agile e6, SAP-based Product change execution, DMS and engineering support.- Support efficient usage of the assigned IT system, evaluates and drives improvement opportunities and changes to the IT systems especially regarding best practice, data consistency, process efficiency, global collaboration in close cooperation with the functional-, process- and IT- organizations.- Support the enterprise as an ARAS Innovator Key user and trainer.

- Project planning and coordination with 3rd party vendors.- Coordinate the standardization of all IT Technologies in conjunction with other IT teams.- Recognize potential issues and resolve them before they have an impact or have a solution to present to senior management. - Participate as member of large project teams providing business and site analysis, documentation, and coordination of IT Hardware, Software, and/or Telecommunications Technologies. - Develop necessary technical and process documentation to ensure the technician has the proper documentation to complete their work. Serve as project coordinator on all projects that use IT as a resource. Including equipment selection, ordering, communicating and deploying of any IT Technologies. - Coordinate day to day work, Work flow queue management, Administrative responsibilities and communications with others to improve services along any task or project. Be willing to work the extra hours to support other IT teams and BH staff to accomplish our mission of patient care. Needs to be mindful of BH Department workflows and the importance of their software need so patient care and administrative workflows are not interrupted.- Advise on options, risks, cost-benefits, and impacts on business processes.- Ensure stakeholder and client communicated is consistent, accurate and effective.

- Database upgrades by maintaining, evaluating, and improving transaction processing model.- Importing, updating data of new and existing client in the Database.- Assisting, providing supports for the Sell Team and Managers in related of the Database.- Assisting other departments when needed (Testing input data from clients/pretax income/benefit quantification , Organizing files (digital and hard copy).- Assesses database performance by developing a protocol for measurement of results and identification of problem areas.- Hardware and software replacement/repair (Computer, Time clock).
