Moving to Amsterdam means another step in my personal and professional growth. My passion for fashion has lasted for 30 years.After finishing design school, specializing in womenswear design, I moved to London to expand my international understanding of Womenswear and widen my personal and professional skills in the fashion industry.Having been responsible for in-house production management and design processes in different London-based companies I furthered my career by opening my own brand. Here expanded my creative horizons understanding the customer’s needs and building a bridge between creativity and commercial success. Also promoting the brand internationally contributes to the expansion of the project which I am very proud of.My entrepreneurial spirit led me to an even bigger challenge to move to China and establish an art and design academy, training non-English speakers with very little design practice to develop them into future students at the best and most competitive design schools in the UK. Equipping the students with exceptional skills and fashion knowledge, understanding their strengths, and giving them sustainable professional tools in fashion and design. Ensuring the individual’s maximum potential.This experience made me grow in so many different ways and levels being empathetic, communicating in an inspiring way, and being able to train potential designers with all my experience and knowledge. Building cultural bridges between two countries with great sensitivity towards the individual.Now I am working on a new and exciting project in Amsterdam. I am transferring my 360-degree fashion knowledge and international experiences to inspire my colleagues to create an excellent in-store experience for the customer because of my deep appreciation for the design and technology behind the garment. Creating specific looks for each body shape for our clientele.I will be delighted to have the opportunity to continue growing both my personal and professional knowledge in high-level fashion brands.I am a passionate person, in life as well as in my professional career. Life implicates consistent learning to me therefore I am not afraid to endavor new challenges.
